- Chaste Tree Berries - As an adaptogen, chaste berries contain properties that regulate hormones to treat PMS symptoms such as mood swings, irritability, breast tenderness and headaches as well as helping regulate periods.
- Ginger - To help with PMS symptoms such as pain, bloating, nausea and mood swings. Ginger contains Gingerol, a powerful anti-inflammatory compound that can help reduce painful cramps, bloating and improve muscle relaxation. Ginger also contains digestive properties and has mood stabalising properties to calm the nervous system.
